Circumstantial Happiness
I think its acceptable to say that some of us reach moments in our lives where we feel as though life constantly beats us up without us having a chance to exhale. We take two steps forward and get knocked four steps back. Our circumstances are too overwhelming for us to see the good in our lives. Positivity slips through our fingers so easily. We become so obsessed with the things that are going absolutely wrong or not the way we planned, that our thought process completely changes- not healthy!
So I have a close friend that introduced me to creating vision boards. I’ve made two so far — had a small vision board party at my home earlier this year, and I plan on hosting one at a venue later on this year. Anyway, this friend inspired me to make my first one during my LOWEST point of my life. I had no idea how to bounce back or lift myself up from this emotional state I was in, so I literally started by sitting on the floor in my bedroom with a large board, paper, glue, scissors, markers etc., and planned out my year on this board. Because of my friend sharing this great idea with me, over the past two years I have set and reached goals for myself that I would have never in a million years thought I would be capable of reaching. I honesty believe writing goals down, hanging them up, and looking at them daily is a POWERFUL thing. By doing this, you are manifesting your desires (and by actually putting in…
